Strategic Business Functions
Owning, selling, purchasing, and developing real estate and land for the company’s own account within the State of Kuwait and abroad, as well as managing third-party properties.
Preparing studies and offering consultancy services in all types of real estate, provided the service provider meets the required conditions.
Performing maintenance work related to buildings and properties owned by the company or others, including civil, mechanical, electrical, elevator, and HVAC works to ensure the preservation and safety of buildings.
Organizing real estate exhibitions for the company’s real estate projects in accordance with the regulations in force at the Ministry.
Investing the company’s available financial surpluses through investment in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
Directly participating in the development of infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial areas and projects under the Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) system.
